How do I stop being socially awkward... I know I'm not introverted, but it takes me quite a while to open up to somebody... Physically I'm fit, but I can't get over my awkwardness... Obviously it gets worse with women. Please suggest something I could do

@shir410 Don't know how will it happen. We are actually colleagues. So used to have lunch with her every day. Also, we used to take the same metro train from office.

@yoakes No, I was not in a relationship with her. We were friends. I used to go out with her like for movies, dinner sometimes with friends, sometimes alone. Proposed means I told her I loved her. She said she can't love anybody. She has lost the ability to love. And love doesn't happen this way. She told me I have infatuation :( Two years ago, she was in love with some guy from her university. It was before I met her. She loved him a lot. But he treaty her badly and later broke up with her. I think this could be the reason. I can't do anything but to respect her decision :(

I loved a girl from past 1 year. She is the most amazing girl I've ever met.I was thinking of marrying her. I proposed her yesterday. She said No. I don't know what to do now. Moving on will be very difficult, but the thought that I will never be able to find another one like her is killing me.
